SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Free Standard Shipping is included with each order. For your convenience, we also offer an Express Shipping option. All items ship directly from headquarters.

Standard Shipping: FREE - Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.

Express Shipping: $25 - Please allow 1 business day for delivery.

Shipment & Delivery: We will make every effort to process and ship your order the same day. This applies to orders placed before 2 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email for exact delivery details.

Destinations:  Orders are available for shipping to all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship from our USA e-boutique to international addresses, APO/FPO/DPO.  For further assistance, please contact service@ernstbenz.com

 

RETURN POLICY:

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Subject to certain exceptions set forth below, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of receipt of the (original) merchandise.

Please note: a return authorization must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the merchandise and product returned within 10 days of the return authorization being issued. Further, all products must be returned with the original receipt, in a new and unused state, in perfect condition.  Rewind will accept strap returns that have not been either worn OR mounted for full credit minus expedited shipping charges.  Rewind will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the 14-day return authorization has passed.
